Frank Rich is an online fitness entrepreneur, fitness author, certified trainer & nutrition coach, and bodybuilder. He has close to 2 decades of training experience himself, and has helped thousands of men around the world build muscle, lose fat, and transform their lives. Frank has dedicated himself to helping 100,000 men build what he defines as a MASSTHETIC PHYSIQUE. 

Frank was born and raised in Tampa, FL, and just like every other boy growing up in the 90s in Florida, he lived a very active and athletic life. He participated and competed in competitive sports all the way through his senior year, dabbling in the weights during this time to remain athletic for sports. 

It was immediately after graduating though that Frank became obsessed with transforming his body through strength training. Like most people, Frank looked at building his body as a way to overcome insecurities and self-confidence issues. 

Diving deep into the exercise science and nutrition side of things, Frank became a student of what it took to transform one's physique. He has taken multiple courses, seminars, and worked with many of the leading experts and coaches in the industry. 

Frank still trains 5-6 days a week on his own physique, but the majority of his time & focus on spent on helping others break through their training barriers and become the greatest versions of themselves. 
Growing up I was like so many young boys and men, dealing with and suffering from insecurities and lack of confidence due to our bodies. So when I was 15 years old, I decided to take control of my physique and became obsessed with the world of weight training. 

By the time I reached my early twenties, I had completely transformed both my body and my life. Reaching low single digit body fat while adding a significant amount of muscle had given me both the confidence and ability to feel like I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. 

But being young and naive almost cost me everything I worked so hard to build. 

By the age of 30, I had been competing in bodybuilding shows for years, and the approach I was taking during the "offseason" to bulk up, or build muscle, was much of what was being taught by the so-called experts, and also what everyone was doing in the magazines. 

Following a "see food" diet, and focusing solely on lifting as much weight as I could possibly handle put me in a position where I was now over 270lbs, suffering from high blood pressure, heart risks, and depression. The same thing that made the man that I became in my twenties, was now destroying my life. 

It was at this point when I decided to change everything about my approach to training and nutrition. 

I began reading every research based article I could get my hands on. I sought out the best trainers, coaches, and leaders in the fields of hypertrophy, muscle building, biomechanics, sports performance, and nutrition. 

After investing thousands of dollars and hours into both learning and real world application, I was able to identify the most intelligent and effective approach to building muscle, losing fat, and becoming the greatest version of yourself. 

At this point in my life and training career, I am able to make progress year after year while remaining 100% injury free. 

It is my mission in life to help every single man out there who is suffering with many of the issues I was when I was younger.
