Easy To Follow Plan

Simple and easy step-by-step plan provided to you every 2 weeks. Full details including thought process and explanation, so you not only know what to do, but you know why you're doing it. 

Indoctrination/Onboarding Process

I want to make sure your journey gets off to the right start to guarantee success. We will spend time at the beginning make sure all your questions are answered and we are working towards the same goals together. 

Exercise Execution Guide

Exercise programming and the workouts you're doing don't matter if everything is being done incorrectly. You will be provided with a step-by-by blueprint from set up, initiation, and proper range of motion for every exercise. 

Supplement Regimen 

In order to fully optimize your nutrition, training, and overall health, you will be provided with a customized list of scientifically proven supplements. 

Cyclical Training Programming

Training and workouts will constantly be changing. Not just for the sake of changing them, but because we need to keep introducing new stimulus to your body. 

Convenience 

The program will be built around your schedule. Whether you workout at 4 am or 10 pm, the training and nutrition will be adaptable to you. Making sure that fitness is a part of your life, and not just your life. 

Accountability & Support 

One of the biggest reasons people fail is because they don't have anyone holding them accountable. I will be here for you daily (if needed), to remind you why you started, as well as providing the feedback and support every time you accomplish a goal. 

Personal Access 

With personal coaching you receive personal access. I check my emails daily, and can guarantee that if you reach out to me with a question or concern, you will be responded to within 24 hours. (Exceptions are weekends and holidays)

Bi-Weekly Check Ins & Updates

We need to make sure the program you are on is working. Every two weeks we will do a thorough check in and biofeedback report. Based on these results, changes and adjustments will be made to continue progress. 

Customized Workouts

The workouts will be built around not just what you have available to work with (free weights, machines, home gym), but also, what exercises work best for your body. Every person is built different and their exercises should take that into account.
